Guillermo Mariotto, the creative director of Gattinoni Couture, was inspired by fairy tales for Spring 2013 collection. It carried the Surrealistic work, with new three-dimensional jewelery and pagoda hats that hid the faces of the models, which were designed by the designer himself. The collection was presented in the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions, in Rome. Guillermo Mariotto experimented with ultra-modern embroidery in 3D and 4D, fabric manipulation with computer graphics, macro-shaped jewelry, and etc. The runway was opened with white creations, like the mini-shorts, blazer shape lace top, shantung shorts, a shirt-cloud-encrusted with lace, white pants and blouse with embroidery in 3D. Guillermo Mariotto fused layers of lace, organza, chiffon, crystals, 3D watermarked tissues with sequins and optical effects into his garments. Also, the designer launched couture lingerie in this collection. Guillermo Mariotto featured incredible craftsmanship, uniqueness, innovation and femininity in his creations.
