Designer Goga Nikabadze from modern Georgia featured his new collection “Glamorous Audacity” at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia in Moscow. The collection was about a beautiful, successful, vibrant and a free woman. Huge shoulders in parkas and coats, shoes (distinctive characteristic of Georgian collection), and turbans were the signature elements on the runway. Goga Nikabadze teamed up together different texture and density fabrics, like chiffon and Georgette with large knits, and lace with cashmere. It became a tradition for the designer to use the fabrics that are treated manually by the ancient Georgian technology. This time the fabric teka, a fine-fleeced thick felt, was manually made. The color palette was green, emerald green, brown, mustard, and burgundy mixed with refined shades, which matched perfectly. Goga Nikabadze created a perfect flow of sensual, elegant, feminine and meticulously done garments.
