Mumbai-based Indian designer Neha Agarwal graduated from the London College of Fashion. Her label NEZ debuted with the collection named “Niola Doa” at Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2014. The lineup was inspired by the Ethiopian Mursi Tribe. Leather, suede, organza, textured jute and linen fabrics were employed into the warrior-like outfits. Neha Agarwal amalgamated together contrasting textured layers with detailed handmade craftsmanship. Black, rust, wine and other earthy colors were used to give a tribal-Gothic feel to the designs. The dramatic headgear gave a finishing touch to the garments. NEZ portrayed mystical, avant-garde and edgy garments.
