Singer and actress Brandy Norwood was wearing a dress by Filipino fashion designer, Michael Cinco at the 2013 BET Awards. The beautiful piece with a high halter neck and sculptural detail was made from diaphanous and patterned tulle, which was embroidered and beaded. It came from the latest couture collection of Micheal Cinco.
His collection “The Impalpable Dream of Russia” was inspired by Russian tsarinas. The designer, who is based in Dubai, set up his own couture house in 2003. His creations are exceptional and intricate that are admired by fashion lovers across the world. Michael Cinco likes to play with different techniques and use variations of patterns, embroidery, lase-cut lace and Swarovski crystal embellishments.
