Monica Frangulea studied architecture at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism in her hometown Bucharest, Romania. Now, she resides in Toronto, Canada. Monica Frangulea set up her own label Musesa. The word is derived from muses – the goddesses of inspiration, literature, science and the arts in ancient Greek mythology. The rich and beautiful surroundings, ancient history and architecture of Rhodes, Greece influenced Monica’s designs, which are handcrafted. This charming and beautiful jewellery is made from precious gemstones, gold, silver, pearls, amber and different crystals. Musesa label offers timeless, architectural and contemporary creations.
