For Spring/Summer 2015, TARO HORIUCHI was inspired by the Belgian artist Henri Van Herwegen’s (called Panamarenko) UFO flying objects that do not fly. The clothing propagated futuristic silhouettes with sharp lines, vibrant colors and botanical prints. A series of white and black colors were tinged gradually into orange, blue, yellow, green and red shades. The accessories were created from a collaboration with newneu for bags and Shun Okubo for jewelry. TARO HORIUCHI delivered conceptual and innovative clothes, which reflected the designer’s dream about reality and future.
