Ayhan Yetgin Fall/Winter 2014-15

Young Turkish designer Ayhan Yetgin won first place in the Lasalle International Fashion Design Competition in a cooperation with Elle Magazine in 2009. In the same year, he also finished in third place in the ITHIB Fabric Design contest. His newest collection was presented at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Istanbul. The first model wore black pants with a strip for wrists, which actually symbolized entrapment. Black, white and gray colors dominated on the runway. Ayhan Yetgin merged feminine and masculine elements in the garments. The collection mainly consisted of pants and overalls. Ayhan Yetgin introduced sculptural silhouettes and cuts. The lineup translated conceptual, progressive and polished separates.
