Chinese fashion designer Masha Ma launched her namesake label in 2008. Her garments project chic and futuristic aesthetics. The latest collection was presented at the Paris Fashion Week. Masha Ma was inspired by a magical bloom of epiphyllum, a plant from the cactus family, native to Central America. The color scheme included navy, white, cream and black shades. Masha Ma proposed oversized knit pieces with matching skirts, white shirts, jacquard and satin skirts, a wool jacquard jacket and etc. The designer did a lot of layering, pleating and folding in her designs. The flower shape face masks added a finishing touch to the garments. Masha Ma also blended together different textures. The collection showed off elegant, modern and precisely tailored clothing.
